Health and Safety Policy Statement 
We are committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for everyone (including all 
workers, contractors, visitors, and customers).  Tree Machine Services will conduct its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner to protect Quality, Health & Safety, and the Environment. 

To keep everyone healthy and safe at work, Tree Machine will: 

• Develop policies and procedures to minimize workplace hazards 

• Ensure the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation 

• Identify and assess risks and hazards in the workplace to maintain control 

• Educate and train employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace 

• Encourage employees to participate in health and safety procedures 

• Conduct inspections to ensure health and safety procedures are being followed 

• Record and investigate incidents and injuries, and equipment damage 

• Help injured staff return to work 

• Annually review the health and safety system

To keep healthy and safe at work, everyone shall: 

• Take reasonable care for their own and others’ health and safety at work 

• Follow all instructions, rules, procedures, and safe ways of working 

• Participate in training, emergency drills, and safety meetings 

• Actively contribute to hazard identification, assessment, and control 

• Report any pain or discomfort 

• Report accidents promptly and accurately 

• If injured, work with a manager to get better and come back to work
