Our time starts from the moment our team is on the move - whether they are driving to your place, collecting materials needed for your job, or heading out from the workshop. For after‑hours call‑outs, the clock begins when our on‑call team leaves home. This ensures we can cover travel, preparation, and the resources needed to deliver a high‑quality job from the moment we’re underway.
WHEN DOES THE CLOCK STOP?
Billable time concludes once we leave your place and complete the final job notes. If we need to return equipment to the workshop or drop gear back to a supplier as part of closing out the job, the clock stops as soon as that is done. For after‑hours work, time finishes when our on‑call team arrive back home.
