Tree Machine is an award‑winning Arborist and Environmental Conservation company grounded in kaitiakitanga. Sustainability, cultural integrity, and long‑term environmental restoration shape everything we do. Our work is about more than services; it’s about guardianship, partnership, and leaving the whenua healthier than we found it.
Environmental Stewardship
We protect and restore ecosystems through arboriculture, native planting, riparian restoration, and targeted weed control. Our teams work with the environment - not against it - adapting to conditions to minimise harm and enhance biodiversity. Every action is guided by a deep respect for the natural systems we are part of.
Tikanga‑Led Operations
Our mahi is anchored in tikanga Māori. From project planning to reporting, we operate in ways that honour people, place, and kaupapa. We build strong relationships with iwi, councils, landowners, and communities through transparency, cultural integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Training & Capability Building
We invest in our people - from our professional teams to the rangatahi in our training programmes. Through hands‑on forestry and conservation learning, we build real skills, recognised qualifications, and pathways into meaningful mahi. Our approach blends technical excellence with cultural responsibility, growing capable kaitiaki equipped to care for the taiao now and into the future.
